Therapy Sessions

Restore Function. Breathe Better. Live Fully.

At Magnolia MYO, we provide specialized myofunctional therapy for adults who struggle with dysfunctional breathing, poor oral posture, TMJ issues, or the lasting effects of untreated tongue-tie. Whether you need targeted support or comprehensive care, our phased therapy approach guides you toward lasting improvement.

Comprehensive therapy is for more complicated cases or advanced needs with referrals to other providers such as ENT specialists or airway orthodontists, or any other specialists. It is comprised of three phases:

Phase I: This is the most intense phase. If you are having a release procedure (for tongue-tie) it will be about halfway through Phase I.

Phase II: The retention phase, which involves more advanced exercises.

Phase III: The habituation phase, which helps maintain new habits to last a lifetime. We may meet less frequently but will have a lot of review.

Comprehensive therapy is up to a yearlong with unlimited sessions and meetings every 2-3 weeks.
